Check out our new Missoni inspired business cards:

It started out as a joke after the news about Target's website crashing from all the hype over the new Missoni Collection but then we thought, what the heck. Let's have a little fun.

Give us a call and we will print up 1,000 high quality, 2-sided cards for you for the special price of $22 through the end of the month. Just email your information and the colors you want, and we will send you a proof. We can even do a totally different pattern if you want, just attach a sample picture.

You have to order before the end of the month and you can expect delivery by October 12th. The artwork will need to be approved by September 29th.

What a deal, right? Great for personal cards or maybe a gift for a friend or family member. And to be honest, a little bit of fun for us and a great way to get our name out there.

Promotional items are sometimes a tricky deal for small business. It can be hard to find something that is cost effective but at the same time, represents your company. Well, We have a new and inexpensive way for small business to create some promotional marketing that might interest you. Dress up your give away water bottles with your company logo and message:

Custom water bottle labels and bottle neck hangers are two ways to make sure people have your identity in there hands as they walk around the show. Great for the fair, expos, or just when they stop by your office. Also, I know summer is coming to a close but there is no reason you can't start gearing up for next year.

To be honest, water bottles are cool but you could take it a step further for the holidays. Let's say you have ten customers you want to gift, you get a six pack of their favorite deschutes brewery or 10 barrel beer for each of them. You stick a custom label with holiday wishes on each bottle and your done. 60 labels is going to be around a $1 a label! you could do the same thing for wine bottles or if you want to go all out, bottles of Pendleton whiskey.

Give me a call and let me know how many you would like to do and the size water bottle you plan to purchase and I will work up a custom quote for full color printing on labels and/or hangers. It can be as few as 50 labels or 100 hangers. The layout and design of the labels will be an additional charge. Something as simple as a snowflake, your logo and a couple sentences can be as low as $20 setup. We will also need the dimensions of the label you want to print to get an accurate price.

Finally, don't forget to check out the website, corbyniteprinting.com, for more help with customer relations. Thank you cards, holiday cards, calendars, etc., we look forward to helping you.

Today's Small Business

It is pretty tough these days to be a small business. everyday the market pushes us on to the internet and more specifically, towards social media. case in point, this blog. i don't have a huge urge to share things in this forum but i know i know it will help my company grow. i have done search engine optimization, facebook, linkedin, i have worked to get my link on other websites and started this blog.  after all that, i have a customer pull up my blog in front of me and there, smack dab in the middle of my last post is a huge vista print ad. all that work and ultimately, i end up advertising another company. they don't need my help, that is for sure. anyway, that is my small business vent.

There is a bright side though. I compared my prices to vista print and in most cases, I come in lower. Combine that with personal service, I am confident that I have a better product. Lets just hope that my social media marketing efforts pay off soon.

Yellow Toyota Land Cruiser

I met Dave a couple of weeks ago in a parking lot on Century Drive in Bend, Oregon. I was admiring his yellow Toyota Land Cruiser. It was beautiful to say the least. Stock straight six, 33" tires, top off and looking nice.

After he caught me gawking, he told me all about it. I told him that in a few years, I plan to find one and restore it myself. This is what it will look like, except maybe orange.

Jumping ahead to this morning, just before 9:00AM, I recieved a call from Dave. He asked me about the business card i gave him in the parking lot that day. He really liked it and wanted to order something similar for himself. He was on my website, www.corbyniteprinting.com, and wanted to know how to configure the specifications. I explained that i used the thick 16pt gloss cover stock option in conjunction with the satin aqueous coating to get the effect he was looking for. He was floored that 1,000 cards was only going to run him $39.00. He told me he was very impressed with the value.

When we were done, he told me that I should continue handing out my cards to everyone I meet. He said, "You just never know who might turn around in a couple weeks and send you some business."

Thank you Dave.
